What are my payment
options?
PlanetEngineers.com accepts online orders that are processed using credit cards, checks, bank wire transfers and purchase orders.
Please note that purchase orders are for customers who plan to place repeated orders which usually require a minimum purchase amount. The minimum
amount will depend on the commodity and a credit account must be established prior to processing orders placed by purchase orders.
Please note that international orders may not be placed using purchase orders. All international orders must be prepaid prior to being processed and will include a $8.00 document preparation fee. If the payment is made with a bank wire transfer, an
additional $35.00 will be charged to cover the cost of bank transfer fees. This is in addition to the original fees charged by the initiating bank and paid by the sender.
The credit cards that we currently accept are Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. Please note that a 5.00% processing fee will be added to all orders paid by credit cards. Please rest assured that our systems are secure and customer
information is kept private by PlanetEngineers.com.
We also accept other methods of placing orders including phone and fax orders.
