PlanetEngineers.com offers a wide variety of
shipping choices. Our carriers include Federal Express (FedEx),
United Parcel Service (UPS), Postal Service and DHL.
In addition to the
shipping services that we offer, you may also choose to arrange
for your order to be picked up and processed via your own
courier by selecting the "Customer Pickup" option, or have the
shipping charges made directly to your own account with
the shipping company of your choice by selecting the
"Charge Customer's Account" option.

How and when do I decide how my parts are shipped?
Once you have selected the products and reconfirmed your
personal information including your address, you will be
automatically presented with shipping choices offered by the shipping companies.
At this point you will be able to check the shipping costs based
on a variety of different shipping choices and select which one you prefer
before your order is finalized.

How is the shipping cost
calculated?
Our
shipping
calculator will relay your shopping cart's weight, package size and address information live to UPS and Federal
Express and following a short wait will receive the shipping choices and
their related prices for you to choose from.

Please note that all additional shipping charges due to discrepancies arising from the information provided by the customer will be charged directly to the customer.
