Cancellation
Any cancellation must be approved by PlanetEngineers.com, and may be subject to restocking and other charges.

All orders are subject to examination and the acceptance of each order is subject to approval by PlanetEngineers.com. We reserve the right to cancel any order in whole or in part at our own discretion as we find appropriate.

Return policy
All sales are final. PlanetEngineers.com may offer a 30 day return policy on selected items based on the type of product and previous arrangements. Please e-mail us at info@PlanetEngineers.com prior to purchase to find out about our acceptance for return for a specific item.

All returns, if accepted, are subject to a restocking fee. Please call our Returns Department or e-mail us at info@PlanetEngineers.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

Restocking fee may vary from 35% to 50%, depending on the merchandise.
